Behind THE LENSE

As the mother of two young children, I am painfully aware of how quickly time slips away. One day you are holding your baby in your arms then you put them down for a nap to come back to a slightly heavier, older looking baby. It happens before you have thee chance for it to register. I am constantly trying to freeze moments in time for myself and everyone around me.

I was born and raised in the cultural melting pot known as Trinidad and Tobago but after a decade of living in New York City, I can finally say it feels like home. I love the energy that the beats through the veins of this City and the people that have chosen to call this place home.

I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design on an Artistic Honors Scholarship with a BFA in Photography. Obtained my Graphic Design Certificate from Shillington School, NY and worked as a Photo Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Retouching Account Manager and Graphic Designer before deciding to focus all my skills on my own business. I wanted to use my talents to do something that matters.
